Projects that support the achievement of the objectives of the European Union in the field of nature and biodiversity through the execution in the Member States of coherent action programs for the integration of such objectives and priorities in other policies and financial instruments, including through the coordinated application of the priority action frameworks adopted under Directive 92/43/EEC.

Projects implementing, on a regional, multi-regional, national or transnational scale, the environmental and climate action plans or strategies drawn up by the authorities of the Member States and required by specific Union legislation or policies on the environment or climate, or energy-relevant, while ensuring stakeholder involvement and fostering coordination with, and mobilization of, at least one other source of Union, national or private funding.
